Delivery Timeline

Orders placed on indomill.in are shipped across India with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 working days. Please note that shipments are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹3000
• For orders below ₹3000, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 will apply

In case a return (if eligible) is initiated and the net order value falls below ₹500, the applicable shipping fee of ₹100 will be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will make two attempts to deliver your order. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure that your contact number and delivery address are accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Occasionally, our courier partners may request a valid ID proof at the time of delivery for verification purposes.
