Refund Policy

As part of our strict no-return and no-refund policy, we do not issue refunds for orders, unless order was cancelled before shipping, once the product is delivered it considered final sale.

Refund Processing

If order cancelled before the shipping and if customer paid any amount before the shipment then customer is entitled to get the refund and it will be processed within 3 working days

The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Payments made via UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking will be refunded to the same source account

Important Conditions

  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, dissatisfaction with product features, or order cancellation after shipment
  • If any component or accessory (e.g., jar, lid, manual, etc.) is reported missing, we will investigate with our logistics team and resolve accordingly by shipping the missing part.
