At Indomill Lifestyle, we are committed to delivering fully tested and high-quality appliances to your doorstep. All our products go through rigorous quality checks before they are shipped. As a policy, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been delivered.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so only before it is dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy
We do not allow returns, cancellations, or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
- Product no longer needed or ordered by mistake
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations (e.g., color shade, performance, noise level, etc.)
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
- Delay in delivery due to courier or logistical issues
Once a product is delivered, it is considered accepted and final sale.
Support for Defective Products
We will support you only in cases where a product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
To report such issues:
- In any case if you got problem with the machine please do not open it or try to do repair on your own.

- Our service team will conduct an initial assessment via video call to verify the issue
- All repairable parts will be provided via courier to your door step. If parts are covered under warranty then you will get it free replacement and in case of expired warranty or non-warranty products in such cases customer will have to pay the parts price as well as courier charges on actual.
Repair & Service Policy
For any performance-related concerns or technical issues:
- Our service team will guide you through troubleshooting over a video call and assess the issue.
- Repairs covered under warranty will be carried out free of cost, including necessary parts, but those products got warranty expired are chargeable, parts as well as service.
- Tampering by unauthorized personnel will void warranty and repair eligibility
